Uptown Plaza expands its retail and dining offerings in North Central Phoenix with the openings of Let’s Toast and Road Runner Sports.
Uptown Plaza, a historic mid-century modern landmark at Central Avenue and Camelback Road in Phoenix, has added two new tenants to its roster. Let’s Toast, a Korean BBQ sandwich concept founded by Sumin Kim and Sean Atkinson, has transitioned from a market-based operation to its first permanent brick-and-mortar location. Alongside the eatery, national athletic retailer Road Runner Sports has opened a new space featuring its proprietary Fit Finder technology.
These additions follow a period of reinvestment at the property, which previously saw the openings of The Henry and Salt & Straw. Ownership, represented by Levine Investments, continues to curate a mix of local and national brands within the plaza, which serves as a central hub for the surrounding North Central Phoenix neighborhoods.
