Georgetown City Council approves a public improvement district to support the Bluffview residential development, which includes 105 single-family homes and 181 multifamily units.
The Georgetown City Council approved the creation and funding of a Public Improvement District (PID) on May 12 to facilitate the development of the Bluffview neighborhood in southwest Georgetown. The project, led by developer Lamy 2243 and managed by Riverside Resources, will span 68 acres near Leander Road and the Southwestern Bypass.
The residential community is slated to include 105 single-family homes and 181 multifamily units. The project will be constructed in phases, with the initial 29-acre phase focusing on the single-family homes. Infrastructure improvements supported by $4.56 million in special revenue bonds include new streets, water and wastewater lines, drainage systems, and recreational amenities like the Bluffview Trail.
