Canadian furniture brand Cozey signs a 10-year lease for a 10,146-square-foot flagship store at 160 Fifth Ave. in Manhattan's Flatiron District.
Montreal-based furniture retailer Cozey is establishing its first permanent U.S. brick-and-mortar location at 160 Fifth Ave. in New York City’s Flatiron District. The omnichannel brand has signed a 10-year lease for 10,146 square feet within a nine-story mixed-use building owned by RFR. The space was previously occupied by Club Monaco and Ralph’s Coffee.
Founded in 2020, the digitally native company designs and sells modular home furnishings and previously tested the New York market with a pop-up in 2024. JLL executive vice president Matthew Schuss represented Cozey in the transaction, while a Retail By MONA team led by Brandon L. Singer, Virginia Pittarelli, Manu Wendum, Suzanne Bernstock, and Madison Grossman represented the landlord, RFR.
