Continental Realty Corporation has finalized the acquisition of a 14-property retail portfolio comprising over 2 million square feet from US Properties Group, with CBRE acting as the representative for the seller. Meanwhile, MacKenzie Commercial Real Estate Services has been appointed as the exclusive brokerage firm for the Cambridge Harbor waterfront project to spearhead leasing and development efforts.

In regional activity, Solar Gaines secured a 15,036-square-foot lease with St. John Properties at 4 North Park Drive in Hunt Valley. Additionally, BNR Innovations, a Cold Stone Creamery franchise operator, signed a lease with Hill Management Services to establish a new location at Westview Promenade in Frederick.
