Chapco Design Build is framing the 4,700-square-foot clubhouse at the 287-home Quinn Residences at Snapping Shoals in McDonough.
Framing is currently underway on the clubhouse at Quinn Residences at Snapping Shoals, a dedicated rental community located in McDonough, Georgia. Developed by Quinn Residences and built by Chapco Design Build, a division of Jim Chapman Construction Group, the 4,700-square-foot facility is part of a larger 2.4-acre amenity complex that also includes a swimming pool, pickleball court, dog park, playground, and nature trails. The clubhouse will feature a business center, outdoor kitchen, and fireplace to serve the community's 287 single-family rental homes.
The project is expected to be completed within the year, supporting the developer's strategy of providing highly-amenitized rental housing. Chapco Design Build is managing the construction to ensure the amenities are ready for residents as the community continues to grow.
