Capitol Seniors Housing has acquired Heartis Fayetteville, a 167-unit luxury senior living property located 25 miles south of Atlanta. The asset, constructed in 2018, features a full continuum of care and will be rebranded as Village Park Fayetteville under the new ownership. Galerie Living has been tapped to manage the community.
The transaction was brokered by Berkadia on behalf of the seller, a joint venture between Caddis Partners and Singerman Real Estate.
