Call Your Mother Deli files permits for a 1,578-square-foot build-out at the Happy Canyon Shopping Center in Denver.
Call Your Mother Deli is expanding its Denver footprint, filing permits for a 1,578-square-foot build-out at 5074 E. Hampden Avenue. The project, valued at approximately $64,000, will transform a former Starbucks space within the Happy Canyon Shopping Center into a new "Jew-ish" deli location. Plans include a full commercial kitchen, a 14-seat interior dining area, and outdoor patio seating for 16 guests.
Founded in 2018 by Andrew Dana and Daniela Moreira, the brand continues its expansion beyond its D.C.-area roots. While the project is currently in the early stages, the founders noted that the specific neighborhood feel of Happy Canyon made the location an ideal fit for the deli's community-focused model. No opening date has been set for the new site.
