In Chesterfield, KBS has moved forward with significant residential development, securing permits totaling over $25.9 million for three buildings at the Attain at Swift Creek apartment project, which will ultimately deliver 344 new units. Additionally, Thomas Builders has filed for a $5 million permit to construct a 109-room Residence Inn by Marriott on Beaufont Spring Drive.
Meanwhile, in Henrico County, Burr Computer Environments has initiated a $29.1 million data center project at 5350 Richmond Henrico Tpke, encompassing 65,752 square feet of space.
