Bradford Allen has officially opened Arbor House, an eight-story luxury apartment community in Arlington Heights, Illinois. Located as the anchor of the firm's 18-acre, mixed-use Arlington Gateway master plan, the building features 301 residential units ranging from studios to three-bedroom floor plans. The property also incorporates 26,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space.
Residents have access to 17,500 square feet of amenity space, including fitness facilities, coworking suites on the first and fourth floors, and an outdoor terrace with a pool, spa, and fire pits. The broader Arlington Gateway district serves to revitalize the area, integrating the residential component with the newly renovated 150,000-square-foot Arlington Med wellness center, housed within the former Daily Herald building.
