Belgravia Management and Revival Partners are converting the 458,169-square-foot 200 North College building in Charlotte into 290 apartment units and 50,000 square feet of commercial space.
Belgravia Management has tapped developer Revival Partners to repurpose 200 North College, a 458,169-square-foot, five-story building located at 200 N. College St. in Charlotte, into a mixed-use property. The renovation plans include the addition of 290 apartment units alongside 50,000 square feet of ground-floor retail, restaurant, and commercial space. Construction is slated to commence this summer, with project delivery anticipated between mid- and late 2027.
The site formerly served as a campus for Wake Forest’s MBA and professional studies programs, which vacated the premises last summer. Previously, the building served as a Bank of America location until 2019, after which it remained largely vacant. Belgravia acquired the property in August 2025 for $3.5 million. CBRE's Darrell Palasciano and Kaitlyn Fitch have been tapped to oversee retail and commercial leasing for the development.
