The 15,800-square-foot Providence by the Green mixed-use facility in San Antonio nears completion.
Providence by the Green, a new 15,800-square-foot multiuse facility, is nearing completion in the Stone Oak area of San Antonio. Overlooking the Canyon Springs Golf Course, the development features an angular design with glass walls and is slated to house retail, dining, and event spaces. Owner Debra Morris confirmed that the property includes a community lounge and a rotating pop-up room dedicated to local artisans.
The project is moving through phased completion, with one event space already available for booking and full operations expected by summer 2026. While four tenant spaces are currently available for lease, the second floor is currently in the bidding process for a projected late-summer 2026 opening, and the third-floor event space remains in the design phase.
