White Castle is set to officially break ground on its debut Texas restaurant on June 2, 2026. The new location will be situated at 5757 Grandscape Blvd in The Colony, marking the historic fast-food brand's first physical presence in the state.
The project, which was first announced in August 2023, is designed to serve the company's signature sliders and will feature a drive-thru. According to CEO Lisa Ingram, The Colony was chosen for the brand's expansion due to the city's consistent growth and family-oriented culture.
