This development is slated to provide 105,697 square feet of space and add 165 residential units to the neighborhood, with Alen Moghaddam serving as the architect.
Separately, in Elmhurst, developer Robert Guo filed an application for a 15-story residential building located at 70-20 Queens Boulevard. The project is designed to span 91,404 square feet and accommodate 91 apartments. Architect Angelo Ng is leading the design for the Queens site.
