WellLife Network files plans for a 165-unit, 105,697-square-foot residential building at 129 Osborn Street in Brooklyn.
Nonprofit organization WellLife Network has filed plans with the New York City Department of Buildings to construct an 11-story residential development at 129 Osborn Street in the Brownsville neighborhood of Brooklyn. The proposed 105,697-square-foot project will include 165 permanently affordable units, with 87 residences specifically designated for individuals with disabilities. Building amenities are slated to include a fitness center, rooftop terrace, green space, and parking.
WellLife Network acquired the site for $8.7 million in April 2025. Urban Architectural Initiatives has been tapped as the architect for the development, which serves those earning at or below 65 percent of the area median income. In a separate filing, developer Ami Weinstock recently submitted plans for a separate 62,548-square-foot, 65-unit residential building with ground-floor retail at 245 St. Johns Place in Park Slope.
