Velvet Crush, a new dessert and coffee concept, is scheduled to open its doors on June 7, 2026, in downtown Englewood. Located at 14 Engle Street, the space formerly occupied by Crush Cookie Bar will be transformed into a bakery and café specializing in warm cookies and specialty coffee drinks.
The venture is an expansion from the team behind Livingston-based Sweet Kneads by Ridhima. The new location aims to provide a modern, late-night destination for dessert lovers, offering a menu that features fresh-baked treats alongside vegan and gluten-free options.
