Blu Hospitality Group has officially opened its latest restaurant, Blu Livingston, located at 277 Eisenhower Parkway. The new establishment marks an expansion into the suburbs for the group, known for its waterfront presence in Weehawken, by offering an elevated, New York City-inspired dining environment.
The restaurant features three distinct dining rooms, a central bar, and a four-season loggia designed in collaboration with Peggy Leung Design. The space accommodates 285 diners and incorporates floor-to-ceiling windows alongside a retractable roof. The venue offers a cocktail program, a wine selection overseen by General Manager Adam Greer, and a menu featuring house-made pastas, sushi, and surf and turf options.
