Tyler’s, a Texas-based sportswear retailer, has signed a lease for 16,650 square feet at the Firefly Park mixed-use development in Frisco. The new store will occupy space within Aurora, the project's 18-story residential tower, and marks the development's first retail commitment. Kobalt Investment Co. represented the landlord, Wilks Development, in the transaction.
Elsewhere in the Dallas-Fort Worth region, Park Place Dealerships has broken ground on a new Porsche dealership and expanded Volvo facility on Lemmon Avenue, with completion slated for 2027. Additionally, Prime Controls leased 49,700 square feet at Corporate Pointe in Lewisville, while Phenix Salon Suites secured 8,100 square feet at Meadow Central Market in Dallas.
