James Avery Files Plans for $650K Little Elm Retail Build-Out

James Avery files plans for a new 2,640-square-foot jewelry store in Little Elm with a projected construction cost of $650,000.

James Avery has filed plans to open a new jewelry retail location in Little Elm, marking another addition to its growing presence in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. The project, located at 2626 E. University Drive, involves a 2,640-square-foot interior build-out with a total construction value estimated at $650,000.

Construction is scheduled to commence on July 16, 2026, with an anticipated completion date in November 2026. Paddle Creek Design, a Hondo, Texas-based firm with experience on multiple previous James Avery retail sites, will lead the project.
