Stehr Construction Management Delivers 102-Unit Evergreen Landing Complex in Wausau

Kolbe Windows & Doors has finalized construction of Evergreen Landing Apartments on 8th, a new multifamily residential complex located in Wausau, Wisconsin. The project consists of four three-story buildings totaling 44,000 square feet and features 102 apartment units designed to serve as workforce housing. The site is situated in close proximity to the company's primary manufacturing facility, public parks, and local transit.

The development team included architectural designer Arc Central, design consultant Lokre Development, civil engineer Point of Beginning, and general contractor Stehr Construction Management, with Bantr Living tapped as the property manager. Mike Tomsyck, vice president of transportation and risk management for Kolbe, oversaw the project’s delivery.
