Stay Cal Hospitality has officially opened the voco Ardez Hotel Sunnyvale, a 51-room boutique property that serves as the brand's first entry into the Silicon Valley market. Designed to meet LEED Gold sustainability standards, the hotel features a nature-inspired aesthetic, including a living moss wall, extensive original mural installations, and a signature restaurant, Verd’e.
The property is positioned near major tech hubs, Levi’s Stadium, and the Lawrence Caltrain Station. In addition to its LEED-certified construction, the hotel integrates voco’s global sustainability initiatives, such as recycled bedding, refillable amenities, and aerated showerheads, alongside guest amenities including a library-inspired great room, a golf simulator, and a wine cellar.
