Peachtree Group has officially opened the TownePlace Suites by Marriott Palmdale, a 220-room extended-stay hotel located in California’s Antelope Valley. The project was developed and is managed by Peachtree Group, serving regional aerospace and defense demand from nearby sites such as U.S. Air Force Plant 42, Edwards Air Force Base, and Lockheed Martin operations.
The property features suites with fully equipped kitchens and ergonomic workspaces, alongside amenities including a fitness center, outdoor pool, and complimentary breakfast. The development was funded in part through the firm’s EB-5 investment platform and received prior I-956F approval from U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services.
