SkiPod leases 3,790 square feet at 572 11th Avenue in Manhattan's Hell’s Kitchen for a new virtual reality simulator storefront.
Virtual reality skiing and snowboarding simulator SkiPod has signed a lease for 3,790 square feet of retail space at 572 11th Avenue in Manhattan’s Hell’s Kitchen. The corner storefront is located within the 12-story luxury rental building known as Oskar, which is owned by Grand Rapids-based investor Eenhoorn. Asking rents for the space were $100 per square foot, and the transaction brings the building's retail occupancy to 100 percent.
KSR brokers David Green, Benjamin Namdar, and Darien Hakimi arranged the lease. The location serves as one of the first retail expansion sites for SkiPod, which also has a project underway in Dubai. The property at 572 11th Avenue was originally developed by the Moinian Group, which sold a majority stake in the building in 2024.
