Seachange Partners secures $15.6 million in construction financing to develop two affordable multifamily projects totaling 79 units in Los Angeles.

By Colin Percy · May 19, 2026

Seachange Partners has finalized $15.6 million in nonrecourse construction financing for two new affordable multifamily developments located at 1723 Corinth Ave. and 3751 Delmas Terrace in Los Angeles. The five-story projects, which represent the developer's inaugural ventures, will provide a combined 79 units of deed-restricted affordable housing.

Berkadia’s Keith Rosso and Jeremy Kanter arranged the capital through Genesis Capital, a private lender based in Los Angeles. Construction is currently underway on both sites, with project completion anticipated in 2027.
