Eden Housing has officially opened Mitchell Park Place, a 50-unit affordable apartment complex located at 525 East Charleston Road in Palo Alto. The project is fully leased and specifically integrates supportive housing, with half of the units reserved for adults with developmental disabilities.
The development represents a collaboration with the nonprofit AbilityPath, which provides on-site supportive services for the residents. The community provides much-needed affordable housing stock within the Palo Alto market.
