Scannell Properties Sells 208,000 SF Rossford Industrial Facility to Glen Una Management

Colliers has facilitated the sale of Innovation Industrial Park Building 2, a 208,000-square-foot industrial facility located in Rossford, Ohio, near Toledo. The property, which was delivered in 2022, was sold by Scannell Properties to Glen Una Management Co.

The rear-load facility is currently fully leased to three tenants: Logos Logistics, Norplas Industries Inc., and Grabber Construction Products. Building specifications include a 32-foot clear height, 24 dock-high doors, two drive-in doors, a 130-foot truck court, and 58 trailer parking stalls.
