VanTrust Real Estate has broken ground on Building I at Park 762, a master-planned, 286-acre industrial campus located in Lockbourne, Ohio. The speculative Class A project will total 1 million square feet, featuring a cross-dock configuration with 40-foot clear heights, 100 dock-high loading doors—expandable to 147—and 2,500 square feet of office space. The facility is scheduled to reach completion in the second quarter of 2027.
The site is situated along State Route 762 with proximity to the Rickenbacker Global Logistics Park and U.S. Route 23. Site amenities include 576 parking spaces, 138 trailer stalls, and the potential for a future 129,675-square-foot expansion. Pepper Construction is serving as the general contractor for the project, with Red Architecture providing design services and CBRE managing leasing efforts.
