The Salt Lake City Council has unanimously approved a rezone ordinance for three parcels of land owned by the Housing Authority of Salt Lake City (HASLC). The site, located in the Ballpark neighborhood, was previously zoned MU-11 and is now cleared for the development of new affordable housing units.
