CJM Development Group has finished construction on Homestead Landing Apartments, a 168-unit affordable housing community located at 1433 Airport Road in Price, Utah. The project, which first broke ground in July 2024, provides units for households earning up to 60 percent of the Area Median Income.
Financing for the development included $17.5 million in federal Low-Income Housing Tax Credits, $6.9 million in Utah state LIHTC, and $420,000 in 45L New Energy Efficient Home Credits, all facilitated by Hunt Capital Partners. Additional funding was provided by Zions Bank and the Utah Department of Workforce Services via the Olene Walker Housing Loan Fund. The project team included general contractor Bonneville Builders and architect Think Architecture.
