Ryse Dance Fitness, a dance and fitness studio founded by instructor Lyndsay Rysedorph, is launching in East Longmeadow with a grand opening scheduled for June 1. The facility caters to adults of all experience levels, providing a range of classes that emphasize strength, confidence, and coordination.
In addition to general dance and fitness instruction, the studio offers stretching and recovery-focused sessions, along with private lessons, birthday party packages, and space rentals. An open house for the community is scheduled for May 30 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. to allow prospective members to tour the space and meet the instructor.
