Peak Construction lands the contract for Building 4, a 428,900-square-foot speculative warehouse project at NorthPoint Development’s 90 & Randall Logistics Park in Algonquin.
Peak Construction has been selected as the general contractor for Building 4 within the 90 & Randall Logistics Park, located at the intersection of Interstate 90 and Randall Road in Algonquin. The project will deliver a 428,900-square-foot speculative cross-dock warehouse facility featuring a 40-foot clear height, 44 dock doors, four drive-in doors, 104 trailer stalls, and 277 car parking spaces. The structure is being designed to achieve LEED certification and is expected to reach completion in the fourth quarter of 2026.
Peak Construction is collaborating with architect studioNorth and civil engineer Atwell on the build. NorthPoint Development, the project owner, maintains a significant portfolio in industrial and multi-family real estate, claiming management of over 160 million square feet of industrial space nationwide.
