The Pasadena Design Commission will review a proposed four-story, 40-unit multifamily residential project at 1045 and 1055 Locust Street.
Developer TJ Unity, LLC is proposing a new four-story multifamily residential development at 1045-1055 Locust Street in Pasadena. The project involves clearing two existing single-family homes to make way for 40 apartments, consisting of one-, two-, and three-bedroom units, complemented by a subterranean parking garage with space for 60 vehicles.
Designs by Tag Design Works feature a contemporary structure clad in painted plaster. The development includes 10 additional amenity spaces that could potentially be converted into apartments under state accessory dwelling unit regulations. To secure density bonus incentives, the project will dedicate six units to very low- and moderate-income housing. The proposal is currently under preliminary review by the Pasadena Design Commission.
