By Colin Percy · May 18, 2026

Faith Technologies Incorporated (FTI) has launched construction of a new 500,000-square-foot manufacturing facility within the 170-acre Pittsboro Commerce Center in Hendricks County, Indiana. Located near the Interstate 74 and N County Road 275 E interchange, the project serves as the first development within the industrial park managed by Opus. The new facility will specifically support FTI’s Excellerate brand, focusing on modular electrical assemblies and clean energy solutions.

The project is expected to create over 200 skilled manufacturing and electrical jobs as operations begin. FTI is acting as the general contractor for the facility, while Opus is currently completing site infrastructure and holds plans for subsequent development phases. The initiative is supported by incentive-based tax credits from the Indiana Economic Development Corporation and a property tax abatement provided by Hendricks County.
