Michelin-recognized ramen brand MENSHO plans to open its first East Coast location at 505 Summit in Jersey City by fall 2026.
MENSHO, a globally acclaimed Japanese ramen concept, is set to open its first East Coast restaurant at 505 Summit in Jersey City. The "Farm to Bowl" concept will occupy ground-floor retail space within the newly completed 54-story luxury tower located adjacent to the Journal Square PATH station.
Founded in 2005 by chef Tomoharu Shono, the brand is known for its house-made noodles and carefully developed broths. The Journal Square location is expected to debut in fall 2026, marking a significant addition to the area’s growing retail and dining corridor.
