Polyhose completes a 52,500-square-foot expansion at its Pender Commerce Park facility in Wilmington, doubling its original industrial footprint.
Polyhose, an India-based manufacturer of industrial tubing and hoses, has finalized Phase 2 of its expansion at the Pender Commerce Park in Wilmington. The project effectively doubled the firm's existing 52,500-square-foot assembly and logistics facility, an upgrade that follows the company's initial $8 million investment in the park announced in 2019. The project was executed by architect Becker Morgan Group and general contractor McKinley Building Company.
The Wilmington facility currently supports 25 employees and serves a broad range of U.S. automotive and construction customers, including Caterpillar, John Deere, and BMW. As the company continues to scale its domestic operations, leadership plans to leverage local partnerships with Cape Fear Community College and UNC Wilmington to support ongoing recruitment and technical staffing needs.
