My Place Hotels and Lloyd Companies enter a multi-property franchise agreement to develop 10 new hotels across the Midwest over the next five years.
My Place Hotels of America has secured a franchise agreement with Lloyd Companies to expand its footprint with 10 new extended-stay properties across the Midwest. The partnership aims to deliver these projects at a cadence of two openings per year, with the first site scheduled to debut in early 2027. Development and construction for the entire portfolio will be led by Lloyd Companies, while Lloyd Hospitality Group will oversee ongoing property management.
While specific site locations are pending announcement, the development team has identified Missouri and Ohio as the primary targets for the initial phase of the rollout. Construction on the first hotel is expected to commence later this year, followed quickly by the second, as the firms execute their strategy to diversify Lloyd’s existing hospitality portfolio.
