Insignia is advancing the redevelopment of the Embassy Row office park in Sandy Springs, rebranding the site as Embassy Row Grove. The project includes the construction of 1,068 apartments and 111 townhomes alongside 15,300 square feet of retail space. The site currently spans 21 acres and includes three office buildings totaling roughly 400,000 square feet; two of these structures will be demolished to accommodate the new residential and retail components, while one office building will be preserved.

Work is already underway at the campus, which is situated between two MARTA stations. This project follows Insignia’s ongoing efforts at the former Kmart site in Doraville, known as Lotus Grove, which is slated to include 780 apartments, a 160-room hotel, and over 66,000 square feet of retail.
