Hudson Valley Property Group acquired the 387-unit Mosa Apartment Homes in Elk Grove for $83.6 million.
Hudson Valley Property Group has expanded its California multifamily portfolio with the acquisition of Mosa Apartment Homes, a 387-unit affordable rental community in Elk Grove. The $83.6 million transaction includes the assumption of debt for the 14-building, garden-style property, which was completed in 2025. HVPG secured general partner interests across three Low-Income Housing Tax Credit partnerships that cover the entire property.
Financing for the acquisition was provided through Freddie Mac loans originated by Greystone, with additional tax credit equity from Red Stone Equity Partners. The transaction also received public finance support from the California Municipal Finance Authority and the City of Elk Grove.
