Real estate developer Hudson Companies has named Isaac Henderson, formerly a managing director at Rockefeller Group, as its new principal and co-head of development. Henderson will partner with Ellen Kackmann to manage the firm’s extensive pipeline of affordable and market-rate mixed-use projects.
Henderson’s immediate responsibilities include overseeing six properties, including the 343-unit Logan Fountain, the 328-unit Arcadian, the 557-unit Greenpoint Hospital redevelopment, and the 200-bed West 59th Street project in New York City, alongside additional sites in Pelham and Port Chester.
