The Grapevine City Council and Planning and Zoning Commission have rejected Trammell Crow Co.'s revised mixed-use proposal, marking the second time the city has blocked the developer's plans for the site near Grapevine Mills mall. The project site, spanning 28 acres at 2800 and 3421 Grapevine Mills Parkway, was slated to include 248 multifamily units across townhome and garden-style apartment buildings, alongside three planned hotels.
