The fast-casual restaurant Gnocchi on 9th has expanded into Jersey City, opening its latest location at 512 Jersey Avenue. This marks the eighth total site for the brand, which is known for its grab-and-go gnocchi served in takeout-style containers. The restaurant operates in the space formerly occupied by Defense Tattoo.
Founded by Mike Salzano and Ariel Strizower, the concept focuses on a simplified menu featuring four core gnocchi preparations, including Vodka, Black Truffle Cacio e Pepe, Pesto, and Pomodoro. Prices for the pasta dishes range from $15 to $20, with options for gluten-free gnocchi and additional burrata toppings.
