The Gateway at Harrington Trails will bring 24,000 square feet of new retail space to New Caney with construction slated for August.
Construction is set to begin this August on The Gateway at Harrington Trails, a new multi-tenant retail development in New Caney. The project consists of two shell buildings located at 20819 and 20823 Hwy. 242, adding a combined total of more than 24,000 square feet of retail space to the area.
The development is expected to reach completion by January 2027. Plans for the site were confirmed through a pair of Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation permits filed on May 20, 2026.
