Woodrow House, a mixed-income development located along the Atlanta Beltline’s Westside Trail in the West End, has officially topped out. The project, developed by Woodfield Development, consists of 325 residential units, including 66 designated as affordable housing, alongside 12,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space. Units range from studios to three-bedroom homes, with monthly rents projected between $1,300 and $3,000.
Pre-leasing is currently underway, with townhomes slated to open in July and apartment units following in September. The development offers amenities including a resort-style pool, fitness center, and private pet facilities. Fortune Johnson is serving as the general contractor for the project, which is designed by Dynamik Design with civil engineering provided by Kimley-Horn.
