Evolve Companies has secured $38 million in construction financing for Evolve Crossing, a 210-unit Class A, garden-style apartment community in Burlington, North Carolina. The financing was arranged by a Northmarq Debt + Equity team led by Chris Hammel through CrossHarbor Capital Partners.
The project is slated for completion in 2028 and will feature one-, two-, and three-bedroom floor plans. Residents will have access to a resort-style pool, outdoor kitchens, co-working spaces, a fitness center with a yoga studio, and a pet spa station.
