Raleigh City Council approves rezoning of three Six Forks Road office buildings for a new 404-unit multifamily development by NGP Group.
The Raleigh City Council has approved the rezoning of a site currently occupied by three office buildings along Six Forks Road to make way for a new mixed-use multifamily development. The project, led by developer NGP Group, is set to deliver up to 404 apartments.
In response to neighborhood feedback, NGP Group scaled back the original plans, reducing the proposed building height from seven stories down to five. The property currently serves as office space for tenants including the N.C. Division of Public Health.
