Elat Properties proposes a 100% affordable housing development featuring 47 units at 1418 S. Mansfield Avenue in Los Angeles' Mid-City neighborhood.
Elat Properties has filed plans to transition from office landlord to multifamily developer with a new affordable housing project in the Mid-City neighborhood of Los Angeles. The proposed development at 1418 S. Mansfield Avenue will include 47 residential units, all of which are designated as affordable housing.
Designed by JZA Architecture, the project marks a strategic expansion for Elat Properties, a firm previously focused on office assets. The development represents a shift toward addressing local housing needs through the addition of high-density, income-restricted residential inventory in a prime urban infill location.
