Elat Properties files plans for an 81-unit affordable housing development at 1418 S. Mansfield Avenue in Mid-City.
A five-story affordable housing project is proposed for 1418 S. Mansfield Avenue in the Mid-City neighborhood of Los Angeles. The planned development will feature 81 one- and two-bedroom apartments, all of which will be restricted to low- and moderate-income households. The project, which does not include on-site parking, is designed by JZA Architecture as a contemporary podium-style building.
The application was submitted to the Los Angeles Department of City Planning by an entity affiliated with Elat Properties. The site is located just south of Pico Boulevard and in close proximity to a previously converted income-restricted property at 5050 Pico Boulevard.
