Dwight Mortgage Trust provides a $46M bridge loan to refinance Villa Annette, a 220-unit garden-style apartment community in Moreno Valley.
Dwight Mortgage Trust has closed a $46-million bridge loan to refinance Villa Annette, a newly constructed residential property located in Moreno Valley. The 220-unit garden-style apartment complex consists of 14 two- and three-story buildings, featuring a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom units alongside various community amenities.
The financing was originated by Andrew Tichy for borrower Robert Lattanzio of Latco Enterprises. Proceeds from the bridge loan will be utilized to retire existing construction debt, pay closing costs, and repatriate equity. The property is situated in the Inland Empire with proximity to State Route 60 and Interstate 215, providing transit connectivity across the region.
