Consumer Cellular has finalized a 15-year lease for the 123,340-square-foot office building located at 8501 Raintree in north Scottsdale. The company intends to consolidate various teams, including call center, marketing, technical, and executive staff, into the new space, with operations scheduled to commence in the third quarter of 2027. This transaction represents the largest office lease signed in the Phoenix metro area so far this year.
