RED Development brings its 30,000-square-foot office building at Biltmore Fashion Park to full occupancy with new leases from VanTrust and Phoenix Design One.
RED Development has achieved full occupancy at its 30,000-square-foot office building located within the Biltmore Fashion Park in Phoenix. The milestone follows the signing of two new tenants, VanTrust and Phoenix Design One (PDO), both of which will occupy space on the second floor. The building, which sits above high-end retail and dining tenants including The Capital Grille and Ralph Lauren, also serves as the corporate headquarters for RED Development and houses Smead Capital Management.
This project represents a strategic adaptive reuse effort by RED, which converted former retail square footage into Class-A office space to meet demand for amenity-rich environments in the Biltmore corridor. The office building is part of a larger ongoing revitalization of the shopping center, which will soon feature midcentury modern-inspired landscaping enhancements and updated common areas.
