Cavender’s Acquires 611K SF Tradepoint 45 East Distribution Center in Wilmer

Ares Management has sold Tradepoint 45 East, a 610,622-square-foot industrial warehouse located in Wilmer, Texas. The facility, which sits at 601 Distribution Drive, was acquired by apparel retailer Cavender's. The transaction was supported by a $42.3 million loan provided by Truist Bank.

Developed in 2022 by Champion Partners and Rosewood Property Co., the cross-dock warehouse includes 112 dock doors, 215 trailer stalls, and a 40-foot clear height. Ares Management had previously purchased the asset in 2025.
